For most clients, the Client Experience Executive is the first face they see when they walk through the clinic door, and often the last person they speak to on their way out which makes this the role that shapes a client's first and lasting impression of every single visit.Every Hisential patient has a personal health concierge team as their one point of contact for everything from booking a first consultation to chasing lab results and managing follow-ups.Behind that concierge sits a coordinated team that ensures continuity even outside clinic hours, so a client's care never depends on whether one person happens to be available. No call centres, no repeating their story, no chasing reports just doctor-led medical care that stays joined up from a client's first visit through to their long-term outcomes.

Role Purpose

As a Client Experience Executive, you support the smooth running of the clinic floor greeting

clients, preparing rooms and equipment, assisting doctors during the day, and keeping the

front-of-house experience warm and unhurried even when the schedule is tight. You work

under the direction of the Clinic Operations Manager and alongside the Doctors. This role

blends front-of-house clinic support with a genuine element of client relations, and you will

work closely with the Client Relations Executives to make sure each client's experience feels

seamless and cared for, from the moment they arrive to long after they leave.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Client-facing support

You will greet clients on arrival, check them in, manage waiting time communication and

generally make sure the first few minutes of a visit feel calm and looked after rather than

transactional.

Owning the client journey on site

Beyond checking clients in, you own the on-site client journey: walking each client through

what to expect at every step, telling them clearly what happens next – when they'll get their

results, when they'll hear from Hisential, what to do in the meantime – and proactively following

up on anything promised to them, whether that's a health screening invoice, a report, or a booking confirmation. If a client is sent elsewhere for part of their care, you check in on how it

went rather than assuming someone else already has it covered.

Clinical and administrative support

You will assist Doctors with room preparation, basic clinical support tasks and administrative

tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and appointment notes.

Scheduling support

Working under the Clinic Operations Manager you will help manage the day's appointment

flow, flagging delays or conflicts early enough that they can be resolved before they affect a

client.

Inventory and cleanliness

You will help keep consumables and clinical supplies stocked and organised and make sure

client facing areas are always presentable to the standard Hisential's clients expect.

Escalating issues appropriately

If something comes up that you cannot resolve – a client complaint, a scheduling conflict, a

supply shortage – you are expected to raise it promptly with the Clinic Operations Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

1 to 3 years in a clinic, healthcare support, front-desk, or hospitality service role, with

direct client-facing experience. Exposure to patient experience or service operations in a

healthcare, wellness or hospitality environment is a strong plus.

Knowledge

Familiarity with basic clinic workflows and operating systems, appointment scheduling, client

record-keeping, service standards and the privacy expectations that apply to personal health

information.

Skills

Client-facing and consultative communication, workflow and scheduling coordination,

escalation handling, basic clinical and administrative support, and attentiveness to a clean,

organised clinic environment.

Personal Attributes

Warm and welcoming, empathetic and proactive, calm under a busy schedule, detail-oriented,

discreet with client information, accountable and dependable as part of a small clinic team.

Work Schedule

This role operates on a 5-day work week based on a rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays in line with clinic operating hours.
