Job Purpose
The Client Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, accurate and error-free processing of account opening and static data management activities, including Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) setup, confirmation static data maintenance, and system updates. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, and relevant business units to authenticate and process static data requests in line with the Desk Operating Instructions (DOI) and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Processes
- Ensure smooth, timely, accurate and error-free processing of account opening management and static data system setup/maintenance.
- Receive and process updated SSI and confirmation static data, including performing call-back verification, SV (Sight Verification)/ICDMS upload, and authentication of call-back forms.
- Analyze various reports and monitor TP (Transaction Processing) queues; proactively approach clients, FMOCC, or RM teams to obtain SSI/confirmation static data and authenticate it for static setup requests.
- Maintain and update static data across various systems accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict adherence to processes and controls as detailed in the DOI.
- Identify areas of process improvement, initiate discussions with relevant stakeholders, and drive implementation of changes upon agreement with the Unit Head.
- Support and handle projects assigned for RTS (Run the Show / Run the System, as applicable).

Person Specification
Experience
- Local Grade E: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations (FX/MM/Derivatives/Commodities/Credit/Equities).
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Commerce or Financial Services.
