Job Description:
- Lead, develop, and care for a high-performance team to deliver excellent client work, keeping clients happy with both their relationship with us and their marketing results.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust in every interaction.
- Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead weekly check-ins to present results, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monthly Salary Range:
RM6,000 - RM9,000
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 1 year of account management experience.
- Professional or native fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Familiar with digital marketing channels (social platforms, paid ads, SEO, etc)
