Your new role
- Handle client account opening requests and onboarding documentation.
- Review and verify client documents (e.g. identification, KYC documents).
- Perform system checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client information across systems.
- Support onboarding for various client types, including individuals and corporate entities.
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding / account opening within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail with strong risk awareness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional clients.
