What You'll Do
- Coordinate the onboarding of new developments from initial setup through to occupation and first AGM, ensuring a smooth and structured transition process
- Manage the end-to-end collation, organisation, and integrity of all building documentation, ensuring accurate filing, classification, and system uploads
- Support setup of new schemes across key platforms including PIQ, ResVu, Smartsheet, and Macroview, ensuring data consistency across systems
- Liaise with developers, consultants, and internal teams to obtain required documentation, resolve gaps, and support accurate scheme establishment
- Assist in preparing governance and onboarding documentation including letters, notices, welcome packs, and meeting support materials
- Ensure structured handover of completed schemes to Strata Managers, including clear documentation of risks, defects, and outstanding items
Key Criteria
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in strata management, property management, or new development onboarding within a structured operational environment
- Strong understanding of the construction-to-occupation lifecycle and strata scheme setup processes
- High attention to detail with demonstrated experience in document control, compliance, and data accuracy
- Experience working across multiple systems and platforms, with the ability to maintain structured workflows
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and professional documentation and correspondence
- Exposure to property development, building transitions, or stakeholder coordination highly regarded
Work setup
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City) : Australian hours (6am till 3pm - Malaysia local time) with a hybrid setup, once a week work onsite.
