We are a fast-growing fintech startup in the online trading industry, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operation Specialist to join our team. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including document verification, KYC, and account activation
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure operational compliance
- Provide customer support via email, live chat, and phone, including handling escalations
- Work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Finance teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Execute daily operational tasks following SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance
- Generate operational reports and track onboarding progress
- Investigate and resolve CRM, MT4/MT5, and account-related issues
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, processes, and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in brokerage, CFD, fintech, financial services, back-office operations, onboarding, or customer support
- Familiar with CRM systems; knowledge of MT4/MT5, Manager, Copy Trading, or MAM is a strong advantage
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling operational data is a plus
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
