Adecco's client, a global asset servicing organisation supporting international fund administration and investor services, is seeking a Senior Client Operations Officer. The role sits within a high-performing regional operations hub focusing on end-to-end transfer agency activities, investor servicing, and operational control within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day transfer agency operations including capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, transfers, and conversions across private capital structures
- Ensure all processing activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines and service standards
- Perform tolerance checks and investigate any discrepancies or outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct second-level reviews and quality checks on team outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle incoming client and internal queries, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders across investor services functions
- Support team continuity by providing backup coverage for colleagues during absence or peak workload periods
- Assist in training and guiding junior team members, including interns and administrators
- Ensure all operational activities and controls are properly documented in line with governance and audit requirements
- Review and verify all documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to procedures
- Ensure all deadlines and service level expectations are consistently met
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the Supervisor/Manager in daily team coordination and act as key point of contact when required
- Adhere strictly to escalation protocols and ensure timely communication of operational issues
- Maintain a strong risk and control mindset in all operational activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or shareholder services operations
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with fund structures, investor servicing, or securities operations is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with transfer agency systems such as YARDI or equivalent platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of operational processes within fund administration or investor services
