Roles & Responsibilities:

Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution.

Monitor system queue on specific trade statuses

Perform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to various market deadlines

Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution

Ensure queries received are resolved in timely manner. Where required, queries are followed up diligently until complete resolution

Escalate operational issues or any abnormality in according to local escalation protocol

Ensure that all instructions are processed following operating procedure.

Guide other team members as part of their onboarding journey

Must-have

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

PC literate in MS Office applications Excel

Clear and concise verbal and written communication

Good knowledge of various investment instrument not limited to equity, bond, and repo

Relevant degree or equivalent experience
