Role Description

We are seeking a Client Partner for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Petaling Jaya. The Client Partner will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing client relationships and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering client requirements, presenting ideas and strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and analyzing client project performance. The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and assisting with the development of long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building, client communication, and negotiation
• Project management and planning expertise, with attention to deadlines and deliverables
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, branding, and advertising solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in account management or business development roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Passion for the digital landscape and staying updated on trends within the industry
