A business development & account management role. Its consultative. A conduit between the client lead and the rest of Visual Retale (OOH Media Planning, Operations, Commercial and Creative)

About the Role
VR is hiring Business Partners to nurture, build & scale revenue in Malaysia. We want this to happen theough new and existing accounts, strategic partnerships with high-value advertisers.
This role is focused on driving commercial outcomes, not theory. You will build revenue by:
Developing from our direct relationships with advertisers (MNCs, GLCs, large SMEs)
Initiating new business opportunities
Hiring and leading talent to procure, manage, and grow OOH advertising accounts
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow partnership and advertiser revenue
Recruit, lead, and manage high-performing commercial and account leadership talent
Act as a senior trusted partner to advertisers and internal stakeholders at VR and content agency.
Collaborate closely with sales, planning, media planning team, and operations to ensure execution excellence
What We're Looking For
8+ years in a creative or ad agency, consultative client facing, advertising leadership role
Proven ability to build working relationships with marketers
Strong network across
Experience hiring and managing high-value sales or account talent
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership presence

Annual Package
Basic: Up to RM 180,000 p.a.
