Client Project Executive / Senior Client Project Executive

Job Purpose

Manage client product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams while supporting commercial objectives and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

1. Act as the main contact for assigned clients on product development matters.
2. Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
3. Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and feasibility.

Project Execution

1. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from brief to production and delivery (samples, formulation, packaging, costing, testing, colour matching, artwork, regulatory documentation, etc.).
2. Develop and monitor project timelines and milestones.
3. Coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Production, Supply Chain, QA, and other departments.
4. Track progress and proactively manage project risks.

Commercial Support

1. Support Sales team in preparing proposals and costings.
2. Monitor cost drivers and highlight any variances.
3. Provide insights on customer needs, trends, and product opportunities.

Process Improvement

1. Improve project tracking and reporting systems.
2. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Position Requirements / Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
2. 1-2 years (junior) / 3-5 years (senior) of experience in project management, account management, or client servicing (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or manufacturing industry).
3. Exposure to product development in an OEM/ODM environment is an advantage.
4. Strong project management and coordination skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
7. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, ERP systems).
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
10. Must possess own transport.
