Your Role at VT Markets
We are seeking a results-driven Client Relations Team Lead (Conversion & Client Acquisition) to lead our CR team across EMEA markets. This role is responsible for driving new client conversion, first-time deposit acquisition, customer activation, and net deposit growth through structured sales engagement, customer onboarding, and conversion optimization initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Conversion Representatives (CRs), manage day-to-day sales performance, optimize customer conversion funnels, and work closely with Client Success, Retention, Marketing, and Business Development teams to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer lifecycle outcomes.
This role requires strong leadership, sales management, performance coaching, and data-driven decision-making capabilities to support the company's aggressive retail growth strategy across mature and emerging markets.
Job Requirements
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, Conversion, or Sales Management.
-At least 1–2 years of team leadership experience managing performance-driven sales teams.
-Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, or related industries is highly preferred.
-Proven track record of achieving revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition targets.
Skills & Competencies
-Strong sales coaching and team management capabilities.
-Excellent understanding of conversion funnels and customer lifecycle management.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Experience managing remote and multicultural teams is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience managing EMEA markets.
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance reporting tools.
-Experience working with referral programs, affiliate channels, or CPA acquisition models.
-Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership Experience
-Proven experience developing and executing sales growth strategies in a performance-driven environment.
-Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales initiatives.
-Demonstrated success in managing conversion funnels, customer acquisition programs, and revenue-generating sales teams.
-Experience in customer segmentation, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
-Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
-Experience driving business growth across multiple international markets is highly preferred.
Sales Operations & Customer Journey Management
-Establish structured onboarding and follow-up frameworks to maximize customer activation and deposit conversion.
-Ensure timely and high-quality engagement with newly acquired leads.
-Work closely with Client Success and Retention teams to ensure smooth customer handover and long-term value realization.
-Identify bottlenecks within the conversion journey and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Revenue & Conversion Performance
-Lead the Conversion team to achieve monthly Net Deposit and First-Time Deposit (FTD) targets across assigned markets.
-Drive Retail and CPA Conversion revenue contribution aligned with business growth objectives.
-Monitor and improve key conversion metrics including: Conversion Rate, First-Time Deposit (FTD) Rate, Customer Activation Rate, Net Deposit Contribution.
-Develop and execute strategies to improve customer onboarding effectiveness and conversion quality.
-Analyze conversion funnel performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
Market Growth & Customer Acquisition
-Drive acquisition and conversion performance across EMEA markets, including mature and emerging markets.Support market-specific growth strategies for key regions such as France, Spain, UK, Italy, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland, and other target countries.
-Collaborate with Marketing and Partnership teams to maximize lead conversion from promotional campaigns, referral programs, and CPA channels.
-Implement customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement quality and conversion efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
-Partner closely with Client Success, Retention, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to optimize customer acquisition outcomes.
-Provide regular business updates, market insights, and performance analysis to senior management.Recommend improvements to referral programs, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-centricity.
