Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales, with placement options in Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. As a B2B Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored strategies, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will assist in the coordination of projects, monitor campaign performance, and provide continuous support to clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in account management and client relationship building
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized proposals
  • Organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in the technology or media sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client acquisition—preferably in IT, digital agency, or SaaS industries. Freshgraduate with Account Executive, Sales, Business Development Internships are encourages to apply!
  • Willingness to be placed in Malaysia or open to relocation.
