Job Responsibilities
- Conduct checks on incoming documentation for consistency and compliance with established processes.
- Provide administrative support and maintain adherence to system processes.
- Manage incoming enquiries via calls and emails efficiently.
- Assess and review loan agreements thoroughly.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-level qualification (Singapore), or at least SPM qualification (in Malaysia).
- Able to communicate in English language (decent proficiency).
- Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, fresh graduates are most welcomed to apply.
- Prior experience in the loan industry is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
