Title: Client Service Associate - Mandarin Speaker

Working Hours: Rotational 24/7 shift, 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM 4,001 (basic salary) + up to RM 300 (KPI allowance) + up to RM 300 (night shift allowance)

Job Description:

Help customers from the comfort of support center! As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of the brand, helping customers with their orders, app inquiries, and feedback over the phone and via chat

Responsibilities:

1. Answer phone calls and messages from customers on both Mandarin and English.
2. Help customers with delivery problems, refund requests, or app issues.
3. Answer questions about our menu, ingredients and current promotions.
4. Listen to customer concerns and provide friendly, professional solutions.
5. Briefly log customer interactions in our system.

Requirement:

1. Must speak and write fluently in traditional Chinese and English.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Problem solver.
4. Comfortable using a computer and switching between different chat/call tools.
5. SPM and above and prefers customer service experience.
