Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate at I-MAX Financial Sdn Bhd, located in Subang Jaya. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for:

• Servicing corporate accounts
• Handling claims and track premium payment
• Assist with New Business and Renewals
• Prepare briefing slides
• Assist with quotations

Requirements

• Responsible and come in to work on time
• Strong in communication and customer service
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus but not necessary

Compensation Structure

• Salary with yearly increment
