Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Communication:Handle customer inquiries and correspondences through multiple channels including Email, LiveChat, and Webform.
  • P2P Appeal Management & Operational Support:Conduct follow-up actions on online P2P appeals, strictly adhering to predefined procedures without making judgment calls.
  • Knowledge Management & Process Improvement:Assist in updating, housekeeping, and maintaining the internal knowledge database.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Data-Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a Hospitality-related course.
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in Chinese and English.
  • A quick learner, comfortable with adopting new software and platforms (prior exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive user information confidentially.
