Responsibilities

  • Help Center Content Management & Optimization:Update, propose, and upload article revisions based on customer service feedback and identified knowledge gaps.
  • Knowledge Database Maintenance:Take primary responsibility for updating, housekeeping, and maintaining the knowledge database, specifically the Help Center.
  • Data-Driven Support & Analysis:Use Salesforce with edit access to manage article tags and view analytics dashboards to understand content performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Data-Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a Hospitality-related course.
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in Chinese and English to support our diverse user base.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex product information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
  • Proficient with collaborative tools like Google Drive; familiarity with Salesforce and content management systems is a plus.
