Job Description

THE POSITION

Our operations Department is currently looking for its future « Client Services Officer» on a permanent contract.

The teams within our Management Center Department support policyholders and healthcare professionals on a daily basis by providing practical solutions and anticipating members needs to simplify their healthcare journey.

Working closely with the Team Manager, you will join a supportive and proactive operations team based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

As part of this opportunity, you will support our members while ensuring the administrative management of their insurance contracts.

If you join us, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting members and healthcare professionals:
  • Responding to their requests and guiding them through their healthcare journey, mainly via phone and email.
  • Providing information regarding policy coverage, reimbursements, and administrative management (subscriptions, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.).
  • Delivering high-quality service by providing clear and efficient solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall performance of our site.

Managing contracts and health claims administration:

  • Registering and cancelling contracts and monitoring premium payments.
  • Processing healthcare claims, including reimbursements, quotations, and guarantees of payment.
  • Updating and maintaining members records (contracts, addresses, bank details, etc.).

This role does not involve any prospecting or sales activities.

YOUR PROFILE

Whether you already have experience in insurance or not, we are primarily looking for your personality, motivation, and willingness to learn.

You enjoy working in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You are customer-oriented, attentive, and service-minded. You bring energy and enthusiasm to your work.

You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You are committed to achieving quality, productivity, and turnaround objectives.

You are fluent in both English and Mandarin. Any additional language would be considered an asset.
