Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Servicing professional. Based in Shah Alam, this role involves managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service with flexibility to work partially from home. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients, onboarding client, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, supporting service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to understand and meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service expertise to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively address client needs and collaborate with team members
• Understanding of Finance for managing client accounts, billing, or related financial services
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Proficiency in using communication and CRM tools for customer interaction
• Previous experience in a professional services or legal firm is a plus
