Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Servicing Executive/Senior Executive. This position will serve as the primary liaison between clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution, fostering strong client relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, client servicing, and the dynamic China market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: from briefing, planning, and execution to optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in developing media plans, proposals, and performance forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to provide strategic input to clients.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct social management project audits and prepare recommendations for improvements.
  • Support ongoing projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Manage quarterly surveys to collect client and market insights, and handle ad hoc survey requests when needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service by proactively identifying challenges and offering effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Kuala Lumpur / Selangor only
  • Experience in account management, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 - 2 years in media agency and/or digital marketing-related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of digital marketing and advertising
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in the Chinese language (Simplified & Traditional) is mandatory; fluency is a plus
  • Experience in the Chinese market or with Chinese clients is a plus
