We are looking for a Client Success Executive (Media & Billboard Sales) to support our growing media and billboard business. This role combines sales support, client coordination, and project execution, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working with clients while managing real campaigns that go live across premium locations.

You will work closely with corporate clients, government departments, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of billboard and media partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare business proposals, sales decks, and presentations for potential clients
  • Set appointments and conduct outreach to corporate companies and government departments
  • Support the sales team in pitching and establishing media partnerships
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting to secure client meetings
  • Coordinate and support billboard and media campaigns from planning to execution
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress
  • Identify and escalate project risks while assisting in problem-solving
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and data management
  • Submit weekly reports and performance updates to management
  • Support day-to-day business operations, scheduling, and client correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • 13 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or OOH industry (preferred)
  • Strong presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
