Job review

As a Clinic Assistant you will be responsible for facilitating professional medical care, medical treatments, and treatments to patients as instructed by the doctor. You will be expected to always conduct yourself with the professionalism befitting of a medical professional. Your scope of work includes but is not limited to the following.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, high-touch patient care, greeting patients warmly, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth registration and payment.
  • Manage prescriptions, appointments, and diagnostic coordination with attention to detail.
  • Support our doctors during consultations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinic space that reflects a premium healthcare experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, remembering their preferences, following up, and making every visit feel special.
  • Promoting our product range, providing accurate recommendations to patients, as part of your core responsibilities.
  • Support and guide the team in driving product sales and motivating each other to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, hotel management, customer service, or related field
  • Prior experience in hotel environtment or food and beverage is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations with empathy

Working Hours

  • Based on clinic operating hours (including weekends & public holidays)
  • 45 hours work week.
