Role Overview
The Clinic Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth administration, efficient patient services, and effective support for clinical staff. This role combines front-desk management, administrative duties, social media promotion, financial reporting, and basic medicine preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Front Desk
- Manage front desk operations including patient registration, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.
Clinical Support
- Prepare, label, and dispense prescribed medicines under proper guidance.
- Ensure proper stock-keeping of medicines and supplies, including monitoring inventory and reordering when necessary.
Marketing & Communications
- Manage the clinic's social media presence and execute promotional activities to increase awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Accounts
- Prepare and submit monthly company performance reports to management.
- Manage basic bookkeeping and ensure accounts are updated at the end of each month.
- Assist in liaising with external accountants, auditors, or regulatory authorities when required.
General
- Support the management team in operational decision-making.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in line with healthcare standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Medicines, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare/clinic setting is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Office software
- Basic accounting software is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion.

Employment Terms
- Working Hours: Tuesday - Sunday, 12-9 pm
- Salary Range: RM 3000
- Benefits: Annual leave, EPF/SOCSO/EIS.
