Gather all patient data of new patients: Full medical history, past disease past treatments, current symptoms, current diagnosis medications nutrition supplements, diet habits 3 lifestyle habits, others.
Take patient through all necessary diagnostic tests.
Analyse & summarise client case to doctor.
Fully understand treatment plan and schedule as established by doctor.
Coach patient on the treatment plan
Set appointment dates for patient S treatment administration and follow-up
Administer therapies to patients on set dates.
Follow-up with patients on set dates.
Other tasks as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
Preferred a staff nurse with experience; but candidates with no experience are welcome to apply because we provide all the necessary training.
Passionate to serve patients and help them fully recover.
Submissive to leadership of Doctors & Superiors.
Good team player; easy to work with others and co-operative
