About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Malaysia. This role combines sales leadership and clinical expertise to drive market expansion for CHISON's medical imaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1、Drive sales growth and market penetration of CHISON ultrasound devices in the assigned territory
2、Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key distributors, agents, and direct clients
3、Provide clinical training, product demonstrations, and technical support to healthcare professionals and partners
4、Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders to promote CHISON's products and solutions
5、Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events
6、Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback, and report insights to the regional and global teams
7、Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy in Malaysia
8、Ensure after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, or related field
2、Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in medical imaging (ultrasound experience is a strong plus
3、Proven ability to develop business, negotiate with clients, and manage distributor relationship
4、Strong clinical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate product applications in healthcare setting
5、Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid working mode
6、Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Melayu and Englis
