JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing clinical support for end-users within the assigned geographic region/product segment.
• Responsible for providing pre-sale product demonstrations at hospitals/clinical workshops/conferences as well as post-sale training and/or customer service activities.
• Work closely with the sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide sales team with the necessary technical expertise to assist them to promote the product to the market.
• Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
• Manage and grow product lifecycle in the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Medical Science.

At least 2 years working experience in related field or equivalent. Candidate experienced in Lab and Medical Device will be an added advantage.

Fluent in Malay & English both written and spoken. Proficiency in computer skills.

Required presentation skills, team player, and good communication skills.

Possess good people management and leadership skills.

Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia to support sales team.

Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.

Product training is provided.

Fresh graduation with aggressive and high passion attitude are encouraged to apply for junior position.
