Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and follow up on sales opportunities in:
    • Government hospitals
    • Private hospitals
    • Diagnostic laboratories
  • Manage basic sales cycle activities:
    • Lead generation → follow-up → quotation → closing (for smaller deals)
  • Support senior team members on:
    • Key accounts
    • Larger projects and tenders
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (individual or team-based)
  • Product & Application Support
  • Promote company products:
    • Laboratory instruments and related solutions
  • Conduct:
    • Product presentations
    • Basic product demonstrations
  • Support solution discussions by:
    • Understanding customer needs
    • Highlighting basic workflow improvements
  • Work closely with application specialists for technical support
  • Marketing & Market Development
  • Execute and support:
    • Exhibitions, workshops, and conferences
    • Marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Gather market information:
    • Competitor activities
    • Customer feedback
  • Assist in preparing:
    • Marketing materials
    • Simple case summaries
  • Tender & Administrative Support
  • Assist in:
    • Preparing tender documents
    • Compiling compliance documentation
  • Coordinate internally to collect required information
  • Ensure proper documentation and submission timelines are met
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain and update:
    • Sales pipeline
    • Customer interaction records
  • Prepare:
    • Weekly activity reports
    • Basic sales forecasts (with guidance)
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses to customers
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a field marketing/sales executive or any other similar role.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Active travelling to visit customers.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • B.Sc/BA in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines.
