Role Description

This part-time role is for a Clinical Psychologist based on-site in Johor Bahru. Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, administering therapy sessions, and providing assessment and therapy for clients with diverse mental health needs. The role also involves planning treatment plans, offering clinical supervision to junior staff or trainees, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting educational workshops or initiatives may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology and Clinical Psychology to effectively assess and address client needs
• Experience with Psychological Testing and evaluations to develop and implement appropriate interventions
• Expertise in Mental Health support to identify, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns
• Competence in Clinical Supervision to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a clinical psychologist in Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural sensitivity
