Role Description The Clinical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for promoting and selling cardiovascular and related medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, while building strong relationships with physicians and key decision makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing clinical support during procedures, delivering educational presentations, and ensuring proper product usage and adoption. The Clinical Sales Specialist will manage accounts, identify new business opportunities, prepare sales proposals, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. Collaboration with internal teams on product feedback, market insights, and training initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge and interest in Cardiology and Medicine, with the ability to understand complex medical procedures and terminology.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, territory management, and customer follow-up.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity or experience with Interventional Cardiology or related cardiovascular interventions, supporting physicians in device selection and use.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical science, nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Previous experience in medical device sales or hospital-based clinical support is an advantage.
