Purpose of Job:
- To lead and support strategic marketing, clinical positioning, and product engagement initiatives for the Specialized Diagnostics and Point of Care (SDP) portfolio
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical content for product presentations, training sessions, marketing materials, and scientific events.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Work closely with the sales and application teams to align on messaging, strategy, and customer engagement plans.
- Monitor market developments and clinical trends to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and partners to strengthen product credibility and visibility.
- Conduct product evaluations, gather user feedback, and provide insights to product managers for continuous improvement.
- Accountable for stock inventory, pricing, product recalls which is part of product management scope.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Life Sciences, or related clinical field (master's degree is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical marketing, product application or scientific support roles.
- Experiences handling Respiratory Care Products, Specialized Diagnostics (SD), Point of Care (POC) Devices
- Analytical thinking with a clinical marketing mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Added Advantage: Experiences in Marketing or Sales pharmaceutical products is Respiratory and etc.
