We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically capable sales professional with experience in cardiovascular medical devices to be based in Malaysia
Role
- You will be responsible for driving commercial growth and market development of cardiovascular portfolio in Malaysia.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare institutions
- Provide clinical and technical support during case planning and live procedures
- Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key physicians, department heads, and decision-makers
- Support and organize educational programs, workshops, and promotional activities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and QA/RA teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Experience
- 58 years of relevant medical device sales experience, preferably within cardiovascular, endovascular, cardiac surgery, or coronary intervention portfolios
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Biomedical, Healthcare or related fields preferred)
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to apply technical knowledge in interventional or surgical procedures
- Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, cath lab teams, surgeons, and hospital stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong territory planning and account management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
