Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end cloud solutions. You will serve as the primary technical authority for cloud migration and modernization projects, ensuring all architectures are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized. This is a strategic role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Design robust end-to-end cloud architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Design & Strategy: Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

Project Execution: Act as the technical lead for large-scale cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Cloud-Native Innovation: Guide engineering teams in adopting microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless technologies.

Governance & Security: Implement identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security protocols in line with regulatory standards.

Optimization: Establish cloud landing zones and cost governance frameworks to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency.

Stakeholder Management: Present architectural trade-offs and design justifications to stakeholders, translating business needs into technical reality.

Required Qualifications

Core Experience: Proven track record in designing end-to-end cloud architectures and developing reference architectures.

Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core domains (Compute, Storage, Networking).

Modernization Skills: Hands-on experience with lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting legacy systems.

Tech Stack: Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices architectures.

Leadership: Experience serving as a Technical Lead or Architectural Advisor on complex projects.

Compliance: Strong understanding of cloud security, regulatory frameworks, and governance.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with Multi-Cloud or Hybrid Cloud environments.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost management tools.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
