Cloud Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed fresh graduates to join our internal cloud and IT support team. As a Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting internal ABeam Group (ABG) operations, collaborating closely with our internal IT and infrastructure teams to maintain and improve our cloud-based systems and internal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for internal cloud platforms and systems.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure performance and availability.
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate incident resolution.
• Participate in configuration, documentation, and updates for cloud-based tools and applications.
• Assist with Global IT initiatives such as automation, system updates, or pilot testing of new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
