- As a Cloud Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of our cloud infrastructure while supporting business-critical services, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 operational support for Windows and Linux servers in Azure and AWS environments.
- Administer and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents by identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes or workarounds.
- Perform vulnerability remediation across Windows, Linux, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, maintenance activities, and new platform implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to improve operational consistency.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cloud platform, infrastructure, security, and application teams to support business operations.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience supporting Windows and Linux servers in a cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience administering MS Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, and production environments.
- Experience supporting production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and restoring services within SLA.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation, patching, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Knowledge of patch management tools such as SCCM, AWS Systems Manager (SSM), and Azure Update Manager.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell and Bash for automation and operational tasks.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
