Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Foundry Developer with 4–7 years of experience in enterprise application development, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Cloud Foundry environments, microservices-based application development, CI/CD automation, containerization concepts, and cloud platform operations.
The candidate will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Cloud Foundry platforms.
- Build and manage cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage application deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Troubleshoot deployment, scalability, networking, and performance issues in Cloud Foundry environments.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
- Support production deployments and incident resolution activities.
- Work with containerization and orchestration technologies where required.
- Optimize application resource utilization and runtime configurations.
- Integrate enterprise applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Cloud Foundry / PCF environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization concepts.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud platform or Cloud Foundry certifications preferred.
- Experience in enterprise-scale application deployments.
