Responsibilities
1.Participate in basic management, setup, and maintenance of physical servers and public cloud environments (such as AWS, GCP).
2.Take part in the management and optimization of CI/CD processes to enable automatic code builds and releases.
3.Write or learn to write scripts (Python, Shell, etc.) to automate routine operational tasks and reduce repetitive work.
4.Help improve and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging systems; conduct initial troubleshooting for common issues.
5.Understand basic cloud networking concepts and collaborate on secure and compliant environment configurations.
6.Assist in building and maintaining container platforms (like Kubernetes), supporting cluster deployment, scaling, and basic monitoring.
7.Provide technical support to development and operations teams, actively communicate, and promote efficient workflows.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM or related fields.
2.Basic experience with Linux systems (able to use common commands, learn new skills, and seek out information effectively).
3.Exposure to public cloud platforms (experience or willingness to quickly learn mainstream cloud products).
4.An understanding of automation and configuration management concepts (knowledge of tools like Terraform or Ansible is a plus, actual experience not strictly required).
5.Basic knowledge of networking, common protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP), and core concepts such as routing, subnets, and DNS.
6.Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience or a strong willingness to learn.
7.Awareness of mainstream CI/CD tools; experience on projects or in a lab setting is welcome.
8.Ability to write basic scripts in Python/Shell, or a strong desire to learn.
9.Able to use Git or similar version control tools, and willing to follow project standards.
10.Strong learning skills, positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to communicate and work as a team.
Nice-to-Haves
Cloud, Kubernetes, or related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified, CKA/CKAD) show extra motivation.
Some experience in bare metal server management or willingness to learn.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana, or interest in relevant technologies.
Problem-solving skills and ability to independently follow up on issues.
