Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cloud IT Application Support professional based in Kuala Lumpur. The position involves providing technical and application support to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based IT solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing business processes, resolving application-related queries, and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure seamless operations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (Locals Only)

• Proficiency in Information Technology and Application Support
• Strong Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Minimum 3 Years Experience is Must.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash Command, Azure Command, Unix shell script) for automation and system integration.
• Experience in delivering Technical Support for cloud or enterprise-level solutions
• Understanding of Business Processes and their integration with IT systems
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services is essential. Familiarity with popular cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is often required. Knowledge of virtualization, networking, and security principles related to cloud environments is also valuable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT service management frameworks is an advantage
• Certifications such as ITIL or relevant cloud certifications are a plus
