Responsibilities:
Billing & Account Management
- Manage the full customer account lifecycle, including account activation, suspension, and closure, ensuring billing accuracy at all stages
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance to customers and partners
- Handle billing-related inquiries, including discrepancies, credit notes, and payment follow-ups, and support dispute resolution
Customer & Partner Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-technical and operational customer support matters
- Coordinate and follow up on post-sales service requests (e.g., contract updates, account changes) to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor customer credit utilization and partner rebate programs, ensuring accurate calculations and application of incentives and discounts
Operational Execution
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities, operational transactions, and policy applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Technical Support) to improve and streamline order-to-cash processes
- Support data tracking and billing verification through basic Excel reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Hands-on operational experience with Alibaba Cloud is required
- Exposure to other Chinese cloud platforms (e.g., Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Volcano Engine) is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, billing, or data handling; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with the ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn within the cloud industry
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients
