Job Description

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Department: Corporate / Compliance

Reporting To: COO / Management

Job Summary

This role is suitable for candidates from:

  1. Cloud vendors / cloud resellers / MSP environments
  2. AWS / GCP / Azure operational background
  3. Internet / SaaS / hosting / tech-related operational environments

What we are looking for:

  1. 2-3 years of operational experience
  2. Familiar with cloud account operations, billing, invoices, customer coordination, or vendor operations
  3. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  4. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good communication and coordination skills
  6. Leadership potential is a plus
