Cloud Reliability Analyst
The Cloud Reliability Analyst; provides expert support to escalation issues and other areas of the organization, by monitoring alerts, managing tasks and following up on action items.
What You Will Be Doing
- Triages issues between different areas of the organization.
- Manages ServiceNow Tasks.
- Assists in the automation of web application deployments.
- Understands and adheres to escalation paths so that issues are resolved in conjunction with outlined SLAs.
- Manages production infrastructure.
- Provide support as SME to groups outside the IT organization.
What You Will Likely Bring
- Ability to work on problems of moderate scope.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various software applications.
- Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals.
- Technical expertise.
- Decision-making skills.
- Advance knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar technologies preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory preferred.
What Could Set You Apart
- Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge as Microsoft System Admins
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in Azure Kubernetes
- Certified Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Knowledge in networking concept and configuration
