Cloud Solutions Architect

Role Overview: As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overseas customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring effective communication with clients to understand their needs, and addressing technical challenges during project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage directly with overseas clients to analyze their technical requirements and design optimized solutions.
2. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions.
3. Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients.
4. Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, implementation plans, and operational manuals.
5. Continuously gather client feedback to optimize existing solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
6. Support the pre-sales team with technical demonstrations and ensure that clients understand and accept the products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, and Huawei Cloud.
• Understanding of Linux, middleware, and basic cloud architecture components.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, capable of providing technical guidance and pre-sales presentations in both languages.
• Willingness for short-term and long-term travel.
