Role Summary:

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into effective cloud architectures and technical solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance, simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Support the full customer lifecycle — discovery, design, deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and stay updated on cloud technology trends.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin and English for regional client support.
