Your new role

Your new role will see you taking on a role to introduce and implement an SRE culture into the team. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions regarding the direction of the SRE culture while also maintaining hands-on responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring reliability, high availability of the systems, and automating the infrastructure in the Cloud.

What you&aposll need to succeed

• Must have at least 5+ Years of Tech Leadership experience.
  
• Must have experience in the Cloud, DevOps and SRE space (both leadership and hands-on experience).
  
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  
• Must have experience in DevOps automation tools, languages and tech. (CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, IAC, Containerisation, Ansible, Terraform)
  
• Must have experience in scripting (Java, Go, Shell and/or Python).
  
• Must have experience in setting up monitoring and observability tools.
  
• Must have good communication skills, as you would need to speak to different pillars/SBUs to ensure that SRE/DevOps plans are executed and implemented efficiently.
