Drive end-to-end project delivery by architecting and deploying core capabilities across cloud infrastructure and systems layers
Plan, implement, and support comprehensive infrastructure and security architectures across Cloud environments
Ensure all infrastructure solutions align with organizational security standards and operational best practices
Translate complex client requirements into scalable solution designs, including Proof of Concept (POC) verification and traditional IT-to-public cloud migrations.
Provide strategic technical support and advisory services to customers
Establish and improve governance frameworks, including delivery playbooks, industry compliance standards, and project post-mortem review processes
Support Day 2 cloud operations to ensure infrastructure stability, security compliance, and performance optimization through automated patching and proactive resource monitoring
Support the sales lifecycle by providing technical validation and alignment of infrastructure solutions with client business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Hold active AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent professional-level cloud certifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years specialized in cloud infrastructure implementation, migration, and support
Comprehensive technical knowledge of on-premises environments, including data centers, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, and security
Demonstrated proficiency in at least one major cloud ecosystem, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Huawei, or Alibaba Cloud
Technical proficiency in foundational infrastructure stacks, including x86 architecture, Unix/Linux environments, and cloud-native compute, storage, and networking security.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in DevOps practices, focusing on the automation and security of cloud infrastructure deployments
Strong proficiency in cloud-aligned ITSM frameworks, with a focus on automated patch management, incident response, and change management within cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure bottlenecks and optimizing performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain cloud strategies and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Prior experience in cloud solutioning or technical pre-sales, focusing on demand analysis and scoping cloud migration paths is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud-native application patterns, including microservices and serverless integration is a plus.
Experience working in government or regulated environments (e.g., GCC, MCC) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with GenAI architecture and event-driven cloud components is a plus.
