Key Responsibilities

Design, implement andmaintainMES solutions, process/operation automation in manufacturing

(Industrial 4.0) and related interfaces integrated MES with ERP system (e.g.SAP) and shop floor

automation (e.g.IoT)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes,identifysystem

requirements, and deliver tailored IT solutions.

Prepare user requirement, convert to technical specification &liaseswith development team on

solution delivery

Document technical solutions, SOPs, and user manuals to ensure knowledge sharing and

maintainability.

Provide training to business users, perform IT Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) on MES/MES Extended solutions.

Develop scripts, services, and dashboards to support manufacturing KPIs, traceability, and data-driven

decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing applications, ensuring minimal disruption to

production.

Provide 24*7 Production Support on MES/MES extended solution.

Support manufacturing system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

38 years of experience in software development or system analysis within a manufacturing or

industrial environment
