Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Manager located in Johor Bahru. The CNC Manager will be responsible for overseeing CNC operations, including programming, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring production efficiency. Duties include supervising a team of CNC operators, managing project timelines, ensuring maintenance of CNC systems, and conducting research to improve current processes.

• Programming skills in CNC machine operation
• Project Management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• System Administration skills to maintain CNC systems and software
• Team Leadership skills to guide and supervise CNC operators
• Research skills to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
