- 精通FANUC、西门子系统
- 熟练G代码、M代码,会手工编程+自动编程
- CAD/CAM软件(至少1种精通)
- 主流:UG(NX)精通
- 加分:SolidWorks、Pro/E、CATIA
- 工艺与加工能力
- 看懂2D/3D图纸、形位公差,做工艺方案
- 选刀、定切削参数(转速/进给/切深),适配铝、钢、铜、碳纤等
- 优化刀路、模拟、防碰撞、控精度(±0.01mm级优先)
- 首件试切、调机、现场排错
- 设备与协作
- 会操作加工中心/铣床,懂工装夹具设计/调试
