CNC Technician

Job Responsibilities

• To manage 5S activity in the department.
• Good understanding of tooling and machining processes and proficient on FANUC controllers.
• Proficient in engineering drawing/ Solid work / Auto cad software.
• Knowledge in 3 axis and 4/5 axis CNC machine is added advantage.
• To create programs for CNC Machining according to drawing given.
• Work closely with Engineering & Quality Assurance Department to enhance the quality & productivity.
• Design machining process by studying customer requirement on engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, machining parameters etc.
• Support first run and start-up of CNC Programs.
• Assist and supervise troubleshooting program errors.
• To monitor machining times and optimize from time to time by implementing new techniques and methods.
• Coordinate with CNC Supervisor in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
• Provide training for CNC Machinist and CNC Setter.
• And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC/Precision Manufacturing
• Ability to work in shift
