Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for
improvement.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and 5S activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process documentation and work
instructions.
- Collect and interpret production data for reporting and performance tracking.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor manufacturing issues under supervision.
- Participate in safety audits, quality checks, and compliance initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on productivity and cost savings.
- Gain exposure to the manufacturing processes of cables and antenna systems used in various
connectivity applications.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or mentors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take the initiative
What Your Background Should Look Like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
